I would like to share my years of real-world experience in managing complex projects in the Automotive industry for companies i.e. Daimler, Porsche, VW, Ford, Volvo, Thyssen Krupp and many others.
During the training course, I will help you better understand the complex, technical scope of automotive projects involving the latest automation and industrial robotics technologies.
I will guide you through practical techniques for project budgeting and risk assessment. You will also learn how to handle project change, which is an integral part of the project and very often directly determines the project’s bottom line.
I will use my more than a decade of experience in the industry to show you the differences between traditional and agile approaches to project execution. I will talk about the practical advantages and pitfalls of one and the other. I will suggest when to combine these two disparate approaches so that you can achieve your goals better and more efficiently.
I will also teach you how to build specialized teams working in an international environment. I will talk about practical techniques to improve their productivity and efficiency.

Description of the workshop
Project Management in Automotive Industry.
During this training, we will work on different areas of technical skills, analysis, valuation, and project execution in agile and traditional approaches. We will practice control, teamwork, risk assessment, and change handling. The main goal is to learn practical skills related to project implementation in the automotive industry. Participants will have the opportunity to learn better and understand technical aspects of machine safety, automation, and industrial robotics. I will talk about the implementation of projects to build complete robotic lines for leading customers, i.e. Daimler, Porsche, VW, Ford, Volvo, Thyssen Krupp, and many others.
This training will be based on real case studies of program and project implementations. I will use real, sample calculations, risk analyses, work schedules, project team structures, role descriptions, and project documents.
