Description of the workshop
A successful leader in a complex Project Management world
During this training we will work on different areas of interpersonal skills: understanding emotions, teamwork and communication. The main goal is to learn how to build and manage project teams working in a distributed environment.
The goal of the training is to understand the individual working styles of different nations, their approach to stressful situations, change, cooperation, contingencies. Paradoxically, the culture in which we grow up has a very significant impact on our behavior patterns and determines them to a large extent.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn methods for increasing the effectiveness of project teams, mobilizing them to work more creatively, responsibly and consciously, which will resonate with their business environment.
During the training we will work with the following methods:
