How to manage project crisis.

During the training you will learn what a crisis in a project is, how to recognize it, define it, manage it and recover from it. What to do so that such situations do not lead to excessive losses in the organization.

I will show you how to create crisis plans, communication and escalation plans, assess the risk of occurrence and deal with the consequences.

This training program is designed for people who want to develop their knowledge of very complex and specific aspects of project crisis management. It is designed for a group of Senior Project Managers and Program Managers.

The training is to show you ways to mitigate the negative impact of a crisis on an individual, a team, an organization.

I will show with examples how correct and consciously applied soft skills help in dealing with crisis situations.
